Who we are
Arizona Latino Leaders in Education (ALL in Ed) is an organization dedicated to improving outcomes for Latinx students in Arizona. We are a non-profit organization that is currently being funded and incubated by Instituto Lab.
Instituto Lab is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to building the political power of voters of color and low-income communities.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
No personally identifiable information is collected about visitors who simply browse this website or who download information from it.
We may use the information about your use of the site to improve the Site and its functionality. We do not sell any of the information we collect for any purpose.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Subscriptions and Commitment Card
If you sign up for notifications or submit your information on the digital commitment card (form) on our site, we will save all of the information you provide which may or may not include your name, email address, physical address, notification preferences, and any other information submitted. This information is used to provide you updates and to communicate with you in the future about actions you may take to help further ALL in Ed’s mission.
You may unsubscribe from any notifications or contact at any time using the methods indicated in any communication sent, but your personal information will remain in our database.
If you want your information entirely removed from our database, you may request us to do so by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to include your name exactly as you originally submitted it and your email address so that we can locate the appropriate person for removal.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Who we share your data with
We will disclose your information, without notice, only as follows: 1) to obey orders of the law or comply with legal process served on us; 2) to protect and defend the rights of property of Instituto, ALL in Ed, and its websites; or 3) to act in urgent circumstances to protect Instituto and ALL in Ed websites, its employees or the public.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), subscribe to updates, or submit their information on the digital commitment card (form), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see or edit their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see, edit, or delete that information. This information is stored indefinitely unless we receive written notification that you want your information removed.

What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Your contact information
Your contact information can only be seen by you and authorized personnel or volunteers of ALL in Ed. They are not allowed to share your information with anyone outside of our organization for purposes authorized by you personally, and are subject to legal pursuit if they breach this requirement.
How we protect your data
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Customer data is password protected to guard against unauthorized access. In addition, all data moving between allineducation.io and the customer’s browser is encrypted. Please be advised that no transmission through the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure; you submit information at your own risk.
Changes to the policy
